An XLRI Jamshedpur alumna with over two decades of HR leadership experience of working with teams across the globe, she’s passionate about crafting interventions that make businesses thrive. From organisational design to cultural transformation, Needhi practises unique blend of strategic HR alongside executive coaching, empowering leaders and teams to deliver extraordinary results.
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Needhi brings deep expertise in organisational design, culture transformation, leadership behaviour, talent management, and stakeholder alignment. She also contributes pro bono through the Human Coaching Network, in collaboration with UN staff.

My coaching stint with Needhi was extremely helpful in multiple ways both professionally and personally.
